Excellent treatment program! I was extremely supported and safe. I had worries before coming to residential because the last time I went to a mental health facility something terrible happened and essentially changed the way I view safety, but this place felt like a home away from home. I had the most medically negligent and terrifying time here of my life. The nurse practitioner, "Naz", and clinical director, Isaac, played with my health repeatedly to the point that I was unable to participate in the therapy I was there for. On day one I was prescribed 2 new medications and taken off something I had been on for over a year. When I hadn't reported anything wrong with my medications.
