AMFM was the best program i've been to and I have been to several . They really helped me discover who I was and wanted to be and I can confidently say that I am proud of who I have become because of AMFM.
I went here and got the support I needed. Feel so much better now and ready for my next steps. Only issue is low staff but they started fixing that as I was leaving. The CCs are kind and helpful and the rest of the staff helps alot
I did not attend, one of patients did. The referral process was straight forward and Liz, the clinical outreach rep, was fantastic. She was exceptionally available to answer all my, my patient's, and my patient's family's questions and walk us through the process. My patient had a positive experience while addressing their mental health.
