Dr. Mumataz is an excellent doctor. I've been with her for 5 years. She's a great listener, concerned and a problem solver. I love her.
I had an extremely negative experience with this doctor. Their behavior was shockingly unprofessional and completely unacceptable in a medical setting. During my visit, they openly berated staff members within earshot of patients, to the point of making employees cry. This created an uncomfortable and hostile environment for everyone present. Dr Mumtaz and her staff provide exceptional service. I found Dr Mumtaz to have great bedside manners. I needed to get a procedure done and let's say that everyone involved in all pre-op work, as well as the day of the procedure, provided me with the best care I could have asked for.
Despite the low rating of this office, I was willing to give it a chance in a moment of desperation. I had to drive to the location to attempt to schedule a new patient appointment since no one answered the phones. Luckily, I had an opportunity to meet the doctor since her front desk had called out. After an interaction with the doctor that lasted less than 5 minutes, it was apparent that she lacked bedside manners and was incredibly rude. Dr. Mumtaz was wonderful. She listened & was concerned. Got me scheduled immediately for endoscopy. Would recommend her highly!
