If I could give it ZERO STARS I would!!! Lady that was making the appointment was super rude. When I told her how rude she was talking to me I said "you're being really rude, I was referred here by my primary care doctor" she just said "well tell your doctor to refer you somewhere else" and she HANGED UP ON ME!
Despite the low rating of this office, I was willing to give it a chance in a moment of desperation. I had to drive to the location to attempt to schedule a new patient appointment since no one answered the phones. Luckily, I had an opportunity to meet the doctor since her front desk had called out. If I could leave zero stars I would. This doctor was in a convinent location for my husband who was having GI issues. The office barely even has a simple pos system and requests cash payments for copays. Dr Mumtaz’s bedside manner is nonexistent. After ordering an abdomen ultrasound and endoscopy Dr. Mumtaz called my husband to schedule an appointment to go over results but couldnt go over them on the phone as she “did not have the records in front of her”. My husband takes off of work to go to an appointment (one week after... read more
I drove up from Tucson. No one from her office told me that I would need $400 cash. I didn't have $400 cash, nor do I keep a debit card on me. So I drove back to Tucson, doubled over in pain, without receiving service. Shame on you and your office Dr. Mumtaz. I would not trust the medical opinion of a doctor that doesn't even have a basic Point of Sale system set up. Sketchy office in a bad neighborhood.
I haven’t even gotten in for an appointment because I was trying to coordinate a time with them and the lady on the phone was so rude that I am canceling . why would you treat your new patients like this?
