Sonesta has really gone down, as a league bowler the oil patterns are terrible and inconsistent. Don’t expect service at the snack bar after bowling starts, tonight I went up several times just to get popcorn and there was no one behind the counter and no one in sight. Let’s not forget the damage to my ball that took 2 weeks to get back because the lost my paperwork.
Very crapy. Have league bowled here for about 15 years. Gets worse every year. Our entire league which takes up half the house is considering moving houses. Bad service and very bad lane conditions. Management is the worst I have ever seen. Will not bowl this house again after this year unless changes are made.
Need to train their employees on good customer service!
