The providers themselves are good people, but it isnt worth the abuse the rest of the staff puts you through. they fail to inform patients of CRUCIAL policy changes and then use that lack of knowledge to charge those patients hundreds of dollars. TC in particular is horrible to speak with, she will actively cut you off and speak over you. it is clear she has no regard for what anyone has to say or is experiencing which is incredibly dangerous for a mental health clinic.
