I recently purchased the Ai color base from this Ameta international, and it's been a complete disappointment. The product is cheaply made and they lie and say it’s a dahua product, but when u ask dahua they say they don’t even make it. To make matters worse, the company's customer service is dishonest. AMETA Lied – Not Dahua, Not NDAA Compliant Do not trust this brand. I was told the AMETA AI Color camera was a Dahua product and fully NDAA compliant — complete lie. It’s not manufactured by Dahua, and after researching the specs and components, it clearly doesn’t meet NDAA compliance standards either. I bought this for a government project expecting quality and compliance, and instead I got a knockoff pretending to be something it’s not. Completely unacceptable. Called for a product, drove all the way here to be told sorry, I thought 6 .5 inch was the 4.5 inch - sorry can’t get it for a week. They are completely incompetent.
