The manager Tina is very knowledgeable and helpful. Apartments are old but maintained.
Amsbury apartments are beautifully kept. Any apartment issues are immediately taken care of. Ms.Tina is always so helpful and friendly, Mr. Rick is quick with repairs. I have been here for three years and enjoyed every minute! Outstanding standards! Beautiful little community! Highly recommend
Tina is very professional and very friendly!! Love to visit her at her office! Will make sure if I have a problem to get it fixed and will help you to figure out how to go on line and do what you have to fix!! Will help anyway she can!!!!! Things on mantanance get fix within a day or two depending on how urgent it is very good people!!!!

As a young mom it's scary trying to find a good place to live but the amsburey apartments have exceeded everything I thought! The property manager miss tina is by far the sweetest person I've ever met and she was absolutely wonderful during the entire process.The apartment itself is not only beautiful but very well maintained,the amount of space and room is by far some of the best and the property is very well taken care of by mr Ricky the maintenance man. the overall neighborhood is safe and just a wonderful place to be .
