My previous reviews have been reported and removed, but reporting honest feedback does not fix the problems people can see with their own eyes. The condition of this property speaks for itself. The grass is frequently overgrown, common areas look neglected, and several patios have been allowed to become dumping grounds for clutter and junk. The manager Tina is very knowledgeable and helpful. Apartments are old but maintained.
Amsbury apartments are beautifully kept. Any apartment issues are immediately taken care of. Ms.Tina is always so helpful and friendly, Mr. Rick is quick with repairs. I have been here for three years and enjoyed every minute! Outstanding standards! Beautiful little community! Highly recommend
Tina is very professional and very friendly!! Love to visit her at her office! Will make sure if I have a problem to get it fixed and will help you to figure out how to go on line and do what you have to fix!! Will help anyway she can!!!!! Things on mantanance get fix within a day or two depending on how urgent it is very good people!!!!
I am proud to be here. I feel safe. This is my home!! I love Tina and Rickie they take good care of us here!!!
