Both of my grandmothers have lived here for years. Suddenly, everyone’s rent has increased by $300–$400 a month. Are they installing new appliances or updating the apartments? No nothing has changed except the price. It feels like they’re trying to push seniors out of their homes. Many of these residents are elderly and have nowhere else to go, yet they’re being hit with outrageous rent they simply can’t afford. Y’all should be ashamed of yourself. My grandmother lives here and she has a stopped up sink fire alarms that don’t work and has ask them to spray several times for bugs. This is a very poorly ran place I would not advise you letting any of your family members live here.
Best all around! The office and maintenance is superb. Great place!!!
