I've been living at Brentwood Lake Apartments for three months now, and I would encourage you NOT to move here! The upgraded apartment was not ready on move-in day: dirty carpet, stained cabinets, crud around tub, etc. I was promised that I wouldn't be able to hear people upstairs, but I can hear everything that they do - not because they are loud, but because of the apartment's thin walls and no padding between levels.
