The "Manager" in the leasing office is very rude and disrespectful. She is aggressive when speaking to tenants, and rude when attending to their concerns. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and coming to realize that she is famously known as so many others have filed complaints. It makes me question the person who employed this woman. These apartments are not worth the stress of having to deal with her. I have resided with this apartment complex going on three-4 years now. The management is a bit forceful causing panic attacks knowing the renter has issues health wise, one time to the point I was crying and uncontrollably shaking in which she said to stop it, you cant just stop a panic attack that the landlady and maintenance staff caused by screaming repeatedly.
