I purchased a ready wrap compression garment after months of treatment for lymphedema. The Velcro on the ready wrap would not hold and so I requested an exchange. I was told that I would get the new product after they received the old one. I explained that I needed to wear them every day and asked if they could send them toe and then after I received them I would return the old ones. They said no. I absolutely love the lounge doctor. This is great to use to relieve leg pain. I also use it daily for my small dog to get on the sofa safely. I highly recommend this product.
I have been ordering from them for over two years now. I’ve had nothing but excellent customer service and free shipping on all of my orders. I am very satisfied and happy with the quality of their hoses, socks and leg elevate that I have purchased and have used a lot.
I got ripped off on shipping after paying a premium price. They are nice on the phone but they didn't do anything to make up for the low life ripoff they did to me. Good luck dealing with these shisters.
