I shipped my bazooka to Ames for repair, I enclosed all instructions. Not only did i not get the repair but they returned my tool to my previous address after i had updated it and had it in my tool with additional information. I wouldnt recommend using them for repair so I wasted money shipping to them. In addition Tape Tech tool quality has seriously declined from those made before 1989 sincerly Frank Devereaux, I am a second generation Drywall Finisher since 1976 as a child.
