Ames states that the store opens Monday through Friday at 6:30 AM, but on several occasions I have arrived at that time and the store did not open until 7:00 AM or even later. This is very irresponsible, as many of us have jobs to get to and rely on businesses honoring their posted hours. Unfortunately, this seems to be a recurring issue at this location. Didn't know what a long handle wipe down knife was. I've ordered dozens of times in the past, but Randy my tool guy was let go, and now they have no clue what a drywall tool is. Just more warm bodies doing the minimum....
