I lived here for almost 2 years and absolutely loved it! The grounds are beautiful and the proximity to downtown Easton and Borderland State Park is unbeatable! Maintenance and the leasing office were always quick to respond to my questions. I will miss living at Ames!
Just want to give a shout out to the maintenance supervisor Fran. In the five years we have lived here he has gone above and beyond for us many times. His response to any issue big or small is prompt and is always so accommodating. He is very knowledgeable and takes pride in his work and how he cares for the property. We can’t thank you enough for all that you have done for us Fran!!
Telian was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He made my move-in seamless, communicated effectively, and answered all my questions. The community itself is quiet and has a warm, homely feel. Highly recommend!
I’ve been a resident since 2019. I am a wheelchair. User staff has been highly accommodating friendly and my apartment is extremely accessible and meets my needs. I can live the life that I want and I have a place to call my own. I’m very happy here. would recommend shout out my guy Fran
