Will send customers smelly linens and linens that fall to floor
No option to give zero stars. This company is nothing like the previous owners Ames linen. They do not deliver all products ordered and on multiple occasions did not deliver anything at all . The delivery personal are always kind and over worked.
Not sure what's happened since image first took over but I can't seem to get a full order in, or get anyone one the phone to address the issue. Calling the local number now sends you to a corporate number that just takes a message and they tell you , that you will get a call back. Nope 3 plus days later nothing and no uniforms for our employees. Once is an oversight but this has been an issue for months ! The management should be ashamed. My company is now in the processes of looking into a new linen company.
Terrible.
