We have worked with Jenny for more than 20 years in the Chicago area. She helped us buy our first house in Old Town and then worked with us when we thought we wanted to move. Jennifer and her team provided the absolute best possible experience, even in this crazy market. She helped me work through the options within our budget; put together a highly competitive offer for our property without sacrificing price; provided a strong network of referrals for every step of the process, from loan origination to painting; and above all, was incredibly available, supportive, and communicative. Without a doubt, she’s the best in this business for a reason.
We had a great experience working with Phil! As first-time homebuyers he was so helpful in shepherding us through the process, always available to answer questions and gave great and honest advice. Even in a very turbulent market, he helped us find a home we love that checked all of our boxes!
As an attorney, I have worked with many realtors on closings and Jenny and the Ames Group are outstanding. They bring a perfect balance of being professional with being personable. I not only recommend them to others, but use them personally due to their knowledge of the business and the market, and their attention to detail.
Jennifer is an incredible agent and runs a great team. She stays true to her word, remains calm and pragmatic. I was referred to Jennifer after a rough couple months with a different agency, when she took over the process, she told me," We will get this sold". Sure enough, a month later, we closed.
