Poor communication from Delaney and felt as though I was lied to. I was interested in a 2019 expedition max they had listed, I asked for more information and pictures of the interior, she emailed and "confirmed it was available" then texted me and claimed it was being reconditioned but would send pics. I was too slow to pull the trigger on the car, so I unfortunately was unable to buy, but that was my fault. I would like to thank DeLaney for working with me. I got my first new car from amery chevrolet! While I have no other dealerships to compare it to, they were all really great there ! Angel made everything super easy! And Ashley with the paperwork made it go smoothly. Even with me changing things around a little bit, they adjusted everything perfectly! And I got to pick a sweatshirt :)
