Very pretty apartments. Small for the rent though. Approaches a mortgage payment.
Terrible place to live. The apartments are okay, but the people that work there are inhospitable. They never listened to any of my complaints seriously, and when I moved out and asked them to email me if I owed on anything they just sent the amount I owed straight to collections without explaining anything. The people that live there aren't much better. Honestly I would recommend just not living in Kentucky.
Honestly would not recommend living here ((: nice ass apartments , but not worth the money and the drama . The people in the office are rude to me anytime I need help with any issue , doesn't even get back to me half the time . Maintenance takes three weeks or longer to even come see what the issue is, after putting requests in !! There's no car spots by the time I or my boyfriend even get home to park by our apartment. They tried towing us even though we have the sticker in the window . Maintenance will just come through yo... read more
I live here and it great
Austin Stevenson and Cristian Creech saved my family and I from having to buy a pontoon boat for the living room. They caught the disaster before it happened. I appreciate that they even took the time to explain some things to me that I wasn't aware of but will be mindful of in the future.
