It is a beautiful community. I moved from the mill here in Georgetown. And I am so happy I did. I pay a little bit less and I actually have a garage and I didn’t before and I have a lot more room. It’s so beautiful here.
Alysha was so kind during the move in process and very helpful. The neighborhood is very quiet so far and a great place for families. Definitely recommend!
We have lived here for almost two years. Initially, we enjoyed the community, but as more units have been added, the overall experience has declined. Maintenance requests often go unfulfilled, water pressure continues to decrease, and trash frequently piles up. Despite the growing number of apartments and townhomes, there is still only one small clubhouse serving the entire community. Very pretty apartments. Small for the rent though. Approaches a mortgage payment. Don't rent there. Bad value.
