Don’t ever try to rent from the amerson homes, townhomes or apartments. We have a 7month old baby and they tell us 2 1/2 month prior to the lease end date that we can’t stay. We have paid all of our bills on time never late and complain we have to many vehicles. Which they are parked perfectly in the driveway and there is free street parking. They are some awful people to do this to a Godly family. Y'all should be ashamed of yourselves!!!!!!! They are also abusing power of the street rules!!

BEWARE - The apartments are nice but they will have your guest’s car towed even if there are 100s of empty parking spots all around. Ridiculous. There are a few signs scattered around that I never saw… it’s not something you expect with a huge, empty parking lot if you’re just visiting for an hour or two… What a scam.

This review is specifically for Amerson Orchard's Maintenance Team, Wes & Austin. I have had numerous of issues with my unit since moving in that have been very difficult and stressful. Austin & Wes take the time out of their incredibly busy schedules to make sure I'm squared away EVERY time. I have seen them work 12, sometimes 14 hour days without even the small complaint. I will admit, it isn't a 5 star apartment complex, but Austin and Wes are 6 star employees. They both deserve raises in my book.
