Cheaply built, expensively priced....some units are already rusting from what I presume is water damage to the outside, ugh.

My family and I met with one of the leasing consultants at this property to view their town homes. We asked many questions, and answered the questions she had for us. Regarding deposit, we were told if our credit scores were below a certain amount, we would be required to pay a full month of rent as a deposit. We were willing and able.
