Ordered an item 5 years ago and couldn’t find a piece of the hardware, sent an email and expected no response. Well they never responded but immediately shipped it out to me at no cost. I am floored because this was on a whim and they really saved the day since the product is discontinued everywhere and the pieces I needed I must’ve drove to every hardware store I knew and nothing! THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU!!!!!!
I purchased a cabinet made by Ameriwood industries and during shipment, the box was torn and the hardware was lost. I emailed Ameriwood and within 3 days I had the replacement parts. Amazing customer service. So much easier than having to return the item. The cabinet is also great quality at a great price. I highly recommend this company!
