We rented a home for six years with the help of Ameriwest. I don't think we could have been able to stay in this house if Ameriwest had not been managing it. Our landlord tried to sell the house from under us many times without notice, but we had nowhere else to go that fit our needs and our budget. Ameriwest Realty has managed my property for 6 years. They have done a stellar job. Within the 6 year period I’ve had 3 different renters. The only common denominator with my experiences with different renters has been how professional and attentive Ameriwest has managed my property.
