I have 4 DAYS with the water liquid I called them and until now I Donot have An answer and the future I will think to rent them

Do not work with this company. I have been trying to call Meghan to get paid. She was answering untill she asked who this was now I'm being ghosted. I did work for a property in Florida laid out the money and have not been paid. All invoices have been submitted and they have been viewed. They said payment was on its way and now they stoped answering.

When I moved in two years ago I wrote a review and gave them 4 stars. Well, two years later and here we are. The “communication” lasted for a few months before their laziness took over. They receive all maintenance requests via an app and once it’s received, you NEVER hear back. They supposedly reach out to the techs and expect them to communicate with the tenant and the techs NEVER reach out. I've lived at one of the properties for four months. I have to say that they are very quick to communicate with you when it comes to maintenance and I've had a few issues since being here. It's an older building so I don't blame them for it since in the end, any major improvements must be cleared with the landlord who I actually feel ignores this beautiful multi family home or maybe just doesn't have the money to improve it.
