The visit was great and I asked a lot of questions that were probably dumb type of questions and I always got an answer to each of my questions. I learned a lot about how my furnace works. Without question I will be dealing with pleasant creek heating and air conditioning again!!!!

Pleasant Creek Heating was very prompt to response with a very professional service technician named Nathan. He was able to get our furnace running quickly and answered any question that we had for him. Would highly recommend this company!!
The guy was at my place for about 4 minutes. In stead of fixing the heat issue, he created an ice box. He had no idea how to answer any of my questions and was very rude to deal with. NEVER use this service unless you like spending money on useless advice.
