Great communication, quick service, excellent results and the crew worked as a team. Cleanup was so thorough that you would not have known they were there, or that a tree had come down. Came in a few days later and re-seeded the damaged areas of turf. Dealing with Ameritree was a good experience.

I called ameritree to bid cutting down a huge tree in my back yard. This is the 3rd tree I have had to get cut down l. The appraiser came out gave me a bid of 4500.00 dollars. I had a total of 5 appraisals. I gave them the job, the crew showed up on the scheduled day. I had prepped my home, fences down, pavers removed. I was ready. Hi Ms. ******** we are sorry you are unhappy and felt like we did not communicate with you. We did explain to you that when the crew arrived, they felt the tree was unsafe to remove without a crane. We are waiting for the crane operator to look at your tree and let us know so that we can proceed if you wish. This does not happen often, but when it does, we do our best to communicate so you know what is going on. We apologize you do not feel happy with your service from us this time.
This Business is not a creditable Tree service. I called and made an appointment for a estimator to come out to price a job. They were running a 40% discount on all work performed for the month of September/October. we agreed on a price of $2000 minus the discount which came to $1200.00. The day they came to perform the work the crew decided it wasn't enough money for the job. got in touch with kirstyn to set up a date to remove a front tree they came out within that week cut the tree down and removed everything neatly came back to remove the stump in reasonable time frame due to rain i would deffinitly recommend them
Had a great experience this morning removing a huge silver maple. Less than 2.5 hours and the crew did a great job cleaning up and following special directions (e.g., leaving a few logs for my kids to climb on). During the estimate, TJ took his time to go over things with me and lay out different options. Great communication with the office staff on rescheduling due to weather. I'm glad they did not want their crew out in 30 mph winds.
My Husband and I just had 3 very large trees (at least 75 feet tall) taken down this afternoon, one had to be topped (because it was leaning towards the house) before it was dropped and one trimmed with very large limbs on it that was over our garage and driveway. We could not be more pleased with the quality of work, the clean up (even blowing the sawdust off of our driveway), the professionalism of the Crew and Supervisor, nor the awesome deal we got to have the work done...much lower than other places. Luis and his crew did an amazing job! They took down a large blue spruce and 2 large apple/cherry trees. They did all the work inside my fenced in yard and took great care to not damage anything. They yard looks great. I couldn't be happier. Very hard working and fast paced crew. Also very fairly priced. Would definitely recommend. Thanks again Luis and crew!
