I was very pleased with the time that Randy took to test my hearing. He was very patient and didn’t rush during the testing process. Wonderful office staff, ladies you did a fantastic job with explaining the cost and checking out my insurance to see how much would be covered. And there was no sales pitch or pressure to purchase any hearing aids. Thank you!
