Very poor experience and communication through closing process and after! We were assigned by the sellers agent to work with Kellie at this office. I had emailed Kellie 2 weeks prior to closing date to schedule a signing at a closer location- no response. I had my agent call a week before closing since we would be out of town and they struggled to find someone to be available for signing docs with our schedule. Great experience from start of purchasing land to the final signing. Professional and friendly staff which made the experience stressfree.
Hands down the worst title company I’ve ever worked with. They have no clue what they’re doing. Extremely disorganized, repeated mistakes on the title company’s end led to us missing our closing date by over a week. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

They were completely unwilling to work with us so we could close in time on our house. We even offered to supply our own notary and they refused. The notary they supplied wore her mask below her nose the entire time, despite the fact that I am pregnant.
