I was a little scared stating at a hotel (inn), as my history in staying in one, let s just say it has been less than poor. I was very surprised on how nice it looked. The rooms were beautiful, I am hanadicapped so they gave a handicapped room. Very large, and clean. Had my service animal with me and she loved it. It was a little hard getting up on the bed (do to handicap), but was worth it once I was on it. The only thing I wish they had was a Boise phone book, so I could have ordered some take out, they only had a phone bo... read more

My husband and I stayed at the Ramada Inn on Keliste Saloom 0n Jan. 27th and 28th. We were so pleased. We travel a good bit and this is the best Inn we have stayed at in a very long time. We were pleased with the breakfast, the cleanliness of the breakfast area and the room. The bed was so comfortable! This is the first time I ever opened the door of a hotel room and didnt smell a stale odor. The air worked and the shower was wonderful ! Towels white (not stained) and were soft and smelled good. It was dirty! The first room we got had no working air conditioning. They changed our room. The air conditioning worked, but there was mold growing on the vents. You could smell it in the room. The toilet ran almost constantly. It took almost an hour to refill the tank. The t.v. and radio were both unplugged. When we searched for an outlet to plug them back in, we saw all the dirt and dust behind the furniture. The chairs were nasty. It looked like mold growing on them. jesus i have never seen a Sh*thole this bad in my whole life.this place should be torn down or closed down by the city.i pulled into the parking lot. and pulled right back out.only the scum of the earth would stay there. and only if they wanted to get robbed or killedit a flop house with drug dealers and hookers in the parking lot. the building look like it should be condemned.
Prapti was the person behind the front desk. She was very professional and greeted us with a smile. The room was clean and very comfortable. Bed was the most comfortable Ive slept in a LONG time. The breakfast was fantastic and wholesome. We made our own little mini Belgium waffles. Loved the hotel for the price. I recommend this hotel.

Do NOT stay here. They are very rude, lazy, understaffed, and the rooms are not cleaned. My husband, three young children, and I stayed and paid a weekly rate. The owner/manager told us we had to leave because he barged in my room to inspect it and said there was crayon markings on the table (of which I had several inspect and saw nothing)and something in the air conditioner ( a small bead) of which he claimed would cost \$700. They would not bring us a microwave until we bugged them everyday for a week. The owner is extreme... read more
