I was a little scared stating at a hotel (inn), as my history in staying in one, let s just say it has been less than poor. I was very surprised on how nice it looked. The rooms were beautiful, I am hanadicapped so they gave a handicapped room. Very large, and clean. Had my service animal with me and she loved it. It was a little hard getting up on the bed (do to handicap), but was worth it once I was on it. The only thing I wish they had was a Boise phone book, so I could have ordered some take out, they only had a phone bo... read more

The room was clean and quite. The breakfast was better than most continental breakfasts because they added eggs and bacon or sausage. Except one morning they ran out of all breads and it was pretty early. Seems they should have had plenty on hand. But the room was too small really for the price we paid. Our problems were the vending machines not working or out of something. The beds were horrible. I had to sleep in the chair. The pillows were horrible. We checked out and staued a different hotel.
The hotel was good, room was clean, quiet area. Even though it was right next in the middle of a sizeable shopping area, the room was still very quiet. I had 2 problems: 1) In the middle of my shower, the water pressure dropped so low that the shower wouldnt work. 2) the managements response was "oh yeah, we know what that was....our electrician cut through the pipes during repairs" Normally, this isnt all THAT big of a deal, but when youre a stranger in town, working looooong hours and you just want a nice HOT shower and yo... read more
I stay in this hotel often, 4-5 times a year. I have never been displeased with it and recommend it to anyone that is staying in the Boise area. I have only had a problem with the room I was staying in twice and both time the problem was taken care of immediately with very little inconvenience to me. The pool is a nice size and my kids really enjoy it when the come with me and it is very close to the mall which makes my wife happy. If it is my choice this is the only hotel I stay in while in the Boise area.
