The sweet woman named joszlyn I met at the mornings breakfast was very honest and showed me around. Helped me find the breakfast I needed the service in this hotel is amazing.
I recently stayed at the Hampton Inn in Idaho Falls and while the property itself was fine, my checkout experience was absolutely unacceptable. The front desk receptionist was rude (Elizabeth), unprofessional, and dismissive. She demanded my credit card again so she could write it down on paper to recharge it, despite the fact that my card had already been charged when I checked in. We stayed here one night on our way to Montana. After a truly weird few minutes with the lady on the desk on the afternoon of July 7, everything went according to plan. The room, breakfast, and location were all solid 4s out of 5.
