Exactly the same experience of other review.
This company is awful. They didn't check their lock box for payment. They never reached out to us so we thought it was taken care of. (We paid by money order.) We got served with a lein on our home. Even though we proved we paid, we were still stuck with the $1,400 in legal fees. If you are thinking of renting or buying and these people are in charge, run.
