Terrible service, they never answer the phone, supplies don't arrive on time and we have to buy them from other vendor. No time to cancel our contract, was a bad business decision.
There service is atrocious. We have received bills for months after canceling. No one ever answers the phone. No one ever calls back. They used to complain anytime we ordered toner because "it was too expensive". We waited 3+ weeks for repairs when a service was needed. A temporary copier/printer was not supplied. Office was at a stand still.
Great people, and very helpful service, never had any issue with them.

Terrible service. They do not answer calls and do not deliver toner in a timely fashion. Have sometimes waited over 6 weeks to get supplies.
