I had my A/C stalled through them years ago. Always signed up for their maintenance package. On multiple service calls, I found if you do not babysit the techs, they will skip items such as cleaning the drain which is part of the maintenance package. They are there to upsell you, not actually perform routine or preventative maintenance. They have changed the capacitor twice already. I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with this HVAC company warrants a strong warning to others. From start to finish, the service was deeply disappointing. We were pressured into purchasing a new AC unit, which was then improperly installed. Despite multiple service calls—each one billed to us—the underlying issues were never resolved.
