Bad service! They totally missed my due dates, now I’m sure I have to pay late fees and penalties for not doing my taxes on time when they had everything they needed from me to have it done in time. So I’m so disappointed with its services. Now I have to start all from zero and hire someone else to do my business license and personal taxes.
The need to be more organized with their work. I had an appointment with them, I was waiting there, and they just kept attending different people and not me.
