Dang I had a feeling I paid for something that wasn't legit. As soon as I typed in my order, didn't get a confirmation text back, then on top of that, the representative that is named on the web page turned out to be fake. Omg what did I do? This sucks

Company is a joke. I cannot even register my account. This has been going on for over a month. They say they are working on it. Customer service promise a call back and never call back. This is intentional they don't want to deal with unsatisfied customers. The worst company I have ever had to deal with!
This company gets zero stars from me. Their insurance agents are unprofessional—liars, in fact, like the agent Carlos Arrieta. They fail to properly explain what each health insurance plan entails, leaving their clients with vague and useless information regarding their policies. When you try to cancel a policy, it becomes a complete nightmare; they take no responsibility for their clients, and there is no way to cancel the policy on your own.
