Company is a joke. I cannot even register my account. This has been going on for over a month. They say they are working on it. Customer service promise a call back and never call back. This is intentional they don't want to deal with unsatisfied customers. The worst company I have ever had to deal with!
This company gets zero stars from me. Their insurance agents are unprofessional—liars, in fact, like the agent Carlos Arrieta. They fail to properly explain what each health insurance plan entails, leaving their clients with vague and useless information regarding their policies. When you try to cancel a policy, it becomes a complete nightmare; they take no responsibility for their clients, and there is no way to cancel the policy on your own.
This company committed fraud with my plan. I reported them to the federal government. I patiently waited 12 months to get a crown; then they arbitrarily changed the plan’s terms fraudulently, and would not cover the crowns. Avoid at all costs. Join me in a class action lawsuit. I want my all my paid premiums back immediately. I’m going to foreclose all the directors assets and homes.
This company is a dinosaur from the 90s. I switched from a different company to save on fees. But the downgrade in the website and the process and accounting was terrible. Trouble is, once you switch it costs thousands of dollars in agonizing fees and endless paperwork to disengage. I will say, the employees are actually nice, get used to talking to them because you will need them constantly to figure out their circa 1990s website and process.
