Great place to work for and they have wonderful benefits.
Totally useless dental insurance. Needed 6 crowns due to decay, not covered. Wouldn't even cover an exam. What good are you? Cancelling my coverage effective immediately as of today. This was just supplemental anyway. I have a plan with another company that actually covers things as insurance is SUPPOSED to do.
Would not recommend this place we tryed for weeks to reach our agent and still wouldn’t get back to us so had to call the company and took forever to get ahold of somebody there to so we just closed the account when we finally got someone and now still don’t have our money from them and it’s been almost two weeks now
Warning! If you need an implant done they will not cover it if you were not already insured when the extraction was done! Found this out 6 months and $300+ later. This company finds any way possible to weasel their way out of covering claims. This is the private insurance model.
I have had Amertas insurance for years and it's the worst. Every year the benefits decline but my price goes up! I pay $200 a month and you only paid $55 of an evaluation? Came out of pocket $200 for and EVALUATION! Had a cavity filled. So excited to only pay $161 THEN I get the notice that y'all are only going to cover $106 so I need to pay an additional $478 out of pocket? What is this point of having dental insurance? You are absolutely the WORST insurance I have ever had! I will be going somewhere else.
