It is worse company, we request claim, but they have not been taking care of us. and Ignore your email and request. It is over more than Six month pass, but nobody respond back to me.
You might as well pay out of pocket. They pay little to nothing. A waste of time.
Terrible. Even just trying to print out my benefits card so that I can make an appointment is unreasonably difficult. I've been working on this for two hours and have spoken with both a chatbot and a human support person who were incapable of helping me. This entire industry is criminal and this business should not even exist. They are making a big profit by putting barriers in between me and my ability to get the health care I need. We need to put these health insurance CEOs in prison.
Horrible coverage, 0 in network Dr's, they canceled my policy without explaining why they didn't cover a routine exam. Garbage insurance and people that work there. UNHELPFUL.
I can't get anyone to answer the phone to cancel my policy.
