The staff is very accommodating and nice! Especially the brotha at the front desk (didn't get his name). He made sure we were taken care of. Will stay here again!
Worst stay ever- fake reviews *poorest customer experience * Room is relatively old, no double glazed windows. After a long flight I checked in late in the evening and just wanted to sleep. I was waken up at 8 am with heavy drilling in my bedroom walls. When I called to come in they suggested to move me to another room. I asked why no one notified me in advance about such heavy construction taking place on site to allow me to choose another hotel. The staff were very helpful when we first checked in. Helped with our bags opened the main doors. But seemed to have disappeared after that. The room has a couple issues. The doorhandle to the bathroom was partially broken. The shower had weird orange yellow stuff on the part with the glass. Main door was very hard to open and close. The elevators are finicky when you try and use your room key to go up to your room. Thankfully another guest helped us on the 10th floor. Elevators are very tiny smallest I've ever seen. They would lure you with good promotions on 3rd party vendor websites but when I read the reviews below around sanitary issues and experienced the service and response form management online, I am glad I chose not to stay.
