Excelente servicio y relación precio calidad. Al ingresar nos dieron una habitación más grande y cómoda porque nos quedamos 9 días. Muy buena atención de TODO el personal. Siempre atentos y dispuestos a ayudar. El hotel tiene todas las tardes una hora 5-6 que te sirven vino de cortesía en el bar. La ubicación es un 10. Servicio de limpieza diario en la habitación. Recomiendo y volvería.

Incredible value for the location. The only thing I’d like to see change is the lobby: does the ping pong table have to be right in front of the reception desk?? Made check-in a little awkward, but our stay was smooth afterwards. The hotel felt like a repurposed apartment complex—window A/C units included. So if you’re a light sleeper, maybe pick another hotel (but you shouldn’t stay so close to Times Square if you can’t handle the noise!)

Very nice location. Room was smaller than expected. Bathroom was very spacious. Sheets were a bit dirty and the a/c was not functioning correctly but those issues got addresed immediately.

Very comfortable stay. Convenient to much of Broadway. Every employee was super kind.
