Great location, nice staff, and clean room. I wish I had time to go to the complementary wine hour
This is our favorite budget friendly hotel we stay at for last minute trips to the city. It's a gray location and they offer early check in and late check out.
Such a great experience!!! My room was clean and everyone was so kind. Majid helped me at check-in and really set the tone for my time in New York. Chassidy printed some documents for me and left them at the front desk. She also took the time to make sure she responded to know they were received. Makid and Arie helped me at checkout while I used their scissors and they even joined in to help me! I’m so grateful I found this place and I will definitely stay again!
I’m going to give this hotel and my experience five stars across the board ! What Was most important for me was the hospitality I was shown during my travels the team welcomed me into the hotel assisted me with my reservation made sure my room was good and did it with a smile and made me feel welcomed. The hotel’s location is absolutely incredible for visiting New York. You’re in the midst of it all with great bars and restaurants in the neighborhood and access to all the tourist sites in Central Park hands-down great spot. ... read more
