The phone number on your site doesn't work
Decent number of units in an easy to get to location, but, the web site has refused to load for over a month now, have tried cell phone, tablet, laptop, not on my wifi, on cellular, and it doesn't load, so i dont think its me. Trying to contact an actual person is just as much of a joke aa trying to make payments online. If there were better or more accurate methods of contacting a person id have given 5 stars.
I signed up for this unit under the understanding I have 24/7 access to it. They even had me remember a 4 digit code to get through the gates. What a crock that was. No 24/7 access and it has a gate with a padlock. Ive emailed AmeriStorage 3-4 times to only get the same generic automatic send response every time
