I am truly pleased with the service of this company. Our apartment complex have used ameristar for almost 15 years now and all I can say is the service sales and technicians keep improving over the years recently had a new technician to our property In southwest houston. He was very cordial and hard-working. I'm sure he could have taken more time cleaning up as he left a few pieces of glass but nothing I would shake a stick at. Service crew came out Friday, 1/25/13 to install a shower. They demolished the existing shower then informed me they had the wrong parts to complete the install of the new shower. They stated they would return "first thing Monday morning" to complete the job. They arrived at 11:30 am began the install then informed me at 12:30 pm they needed to run to Home Depot but would be right back. The service crew never returned.
