The "President" Jon Berg sent me a nasty email after I requested a quote on a small 50-100 piece project. He told me they were "Navigating away from small jobs so quit contacting them" He thinks I requested a price on a small project be for but I had not. Don't you think you would want to be sure about that before you tell a customer to stop contacting them . What if I were to request a quote for a large quantity.
