I had purchased an Ameristar Heatpump and Cooling System less than a year ago and the outside coil leaked and now the compressor is out!. I have been without air conditioning for 2 weeks and they do not even have my claim assigned to a representative to review. Terrible customer service and would not recommend anyone to buy one. I guess the consumer relations department is so busy with claims that they cannot even call me in a timely manner or assign my claim to anyone to review it.
