I have used Ameristaff Nursing services for a family member and they are the most caring and compassionate group of people you could ask for during a difficult time. Very helpful with so many questions and are always available to speak to when you need them.
I have worked with Ameristaff Nursing Services for the past 9 years. It's great to be part of a team of people who truly have both the client and the caregivers as their main focus! I am impressed and humbled by the dedication and concern for their clients that is shown by our field staff. I was very impressed by the staff at ameristaff nursing. Recently we used them for my mother after breaking her hip. Very caring and knowledgable. The caregiver she had actually stopped in after she was done receiving services just to say hi and check on her!! Great company!!

Horrible is an understatement
AmeriStaff is just another poorly ran company. Any concerns were looked past and brushed off. Little to no professionalism. The staff is completely uncertified and have little to no knowledge of what to do or how to do it. The staff that is legit is forced to pull most of or all of the weight. The lack of concern for their clients and staff is shameful and down right embarrassing. Seems all this company cares about is making a profit instead of quality care. One of the GREATEST Days of my life!! I fired((( AMERISTAFF))) They are a nursing company that does not need to nurse or care for anyone. If you or a family member need any in-home care DO NOT USE THEM. They are VERY uncooperative, unhelpful, disobliging, unaccommodating, unreasonable, discourteous, uncivil, unfriendly, unorganized, nasty, talking to their clients, case managers, and Doctors.
