I will never hire this company again. Jim Walsh was our inspector and the number of things that weren’t found in his “inspection” is outrageous. Now that we’ve lived here for two years, the skeletons are all coming out of the closet. Mold from roof leaking and rotting away, shotty deck work (not even to code), no drainage from upstairs furnace, rotten wooden window frames, mice (in the walls and dead in the furnace when we moved in), live uncapped words in the ceiling, and the list goes on and on.
