Mark did an awful job. He told me there was no mold in my attic. He missed holes in the siding and a big hole in the basement. He also missed cracks and bends in the drywall ceiling.Orkin noticed discoloration, and the holes. As the ceilings my friends pointed those out. When I requested a refund he refused.
Mark came out and did our inspection and boy was i impressed. I heard numerous things about Radon that brought up alot of concerns. Mark listened to my concerns and then he explained Radon to me and it all made sense. Mark had all the answers to our questions and was very helpful with fixing any problems we did have. I would highly recommend AmeriSpec to all my Family and friends. Great job Mark and thanks for coming out so quick!!!!!
