Do Not Recommend. He said he could get us a report in a week, after 2 months of waiting (and calling him weekly) we never received a report of our builidng, he kept having excuses of why he couldn't send the most simple email to me. Would have taken 3 minutes tops.

We used AmeriSpec to do an Asbestos inspection on a building we are demolishing. Bob was very professional and answered all of our questions. He is very easy to work with! I would definitely recommend using this company.
Didn't even call me back to set up an appt
Very unprofessional. Would NOT recommend. ( My realtor forgot to make sure the water was turned on, so Bob was not able to finish the inspection the day I hired him to do it, that was our fault.) Everything else about the inspection was just uncomfortable. Bob pulled up towing a Service Master trailer, which kind of threw me off, since the company I called was AmeriSpec Inspection, not Service Master.
