Downplayed the issues. Missed issues and didn't give a written report until after closing. Things in the report had not been told to us during the inspection. We are now spending major dollars to correct problems that can not wait, including replacing all gas lines.
Donald, came out to inspect an older home that has been renovated. He was thurl, patient and very technical. He explained everything in a simplified matter. He did not only identify problems, but provided ways to fix them. I highly recommend him.
