I enjoyed working with this company. Erica was very helpful and Mike Watson was my home inspector, He was simply amazing. He explained everything to me and looked out for my best interest. Do not use this Company for your inspection services! Unfortunately, I got stuck with them trusting my realtor and I am paying the consequences now! I just recently bought a home that was supposedly inspected by Amerispec, and to our surprise, a few days after closing, we started finding out all the problems that this company certified did not existed.
