Do not use this Company for your inspection services! Unfortunately, I got stuck with them trusting my realtor and I am paying the consequences now! I just recently bought a home that was supposedly inspected by Amerispec, and to our surprise, a few days after closing, we started finding out all the problems that this company certified did not existed.
