I contacted AmeriSpec to inspect the home I am currently purchasing. They were very friendly from the initial phone call all the way through to the final results. Dana did an inspection of our mid-1960's home and was so thorough for the buyers that I asked him to work with us on the purchase of our new home. I even paid him the extra amount to have him travel outside of the greater Springfield area.
