Our inspector, Joe, was awesome. He was extremely thorough and still inspected the roof even though it was raining cats and dogs outside. We are thankful for AmeriSpec.

Eric inspected my potential new home and I couldn't be more pleased. He went through everything with a fine tooth comb and I am now very much assured that my upcoming purchase will be great. I learned everything that could be a potential problem so that I was able to easily negotiate the solutions with the seller. I also had a radon check and sewar scope at the same time which saved time. He talked me through everything and the packet with pictures is great and will be useful. I highly recommend AmeriSpec.
