I simply love love love love the proprietors of this franchise. Each and every one of their inspectors is amazing, thorough, and best of all they don't freak out your buyer.
The inspector was very thorough identifying errors on a new construction home. He took time to explain each fault with great detail. Well worth the fee.

The inspection was incredibly thorough, and identified several items that needed correction. I was impressed with their knowledge of building code, and being able to identify the little things (like a cut-out INSIDE a cabinet that was less than ideal), as well as big picture items (like the AC unit being too close to the furnace output). It was so nice to have this completed so that the items could be addressed prior to moving in. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a home!
