Can't Recommend - He Missed a LOT! – I really can't recommend this home inspector. While highly recommended by my real estate agent, I found that the owner/operator of this franchise was really just interested in having the transaction go thru regardless of the issues and mistakes. He missed a cracked bathroom vanity top, a blocked bathroom HVAC vent, as well as other minor and not so minor defects with the property.
